I stopped by this Chick-fil-A in Falls Church and had a really good experience! The staff were friendly and fast — even during the lunch rush, everything was super organized and clean. The food came out fresh, hot, and just the way it should be The restaurant was spotless, tables were wiped down quickly, and the service felt genuinely caring. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A locations around Northern Virginia — worth the stop if you’re nearby!

The service was fast, I should have read where it said no drive thru, it was crowded inside and I definitely didn’t feel like going in. But I ordered through the app and did curbside and it was fast, the order was correct. Keep in mind NO DRIVE THRU HERE but service I received was pretty fast.

This is my neighborhood Chick-fil-a they rarely get my order wrong, are quick and polite. I have had a couple meals delivered to me due to being ill and that process is always smooth. They also have slipped several giftcards in my take out orders! I love this Chick-Fil-A and will see yall next week!

Busy location, food hot and tasty. Quick with their curbside pick up. Staff friendly. Parking lot can be congested and a lot of pedestrian crossing so drive slow.

Yuri was amazing and definitely went out her way to make us feel appreciated in this establishment. She was so enthusiastic and kind. My name is spelt in Spanish and is misspelled often but she managed to spell it correctly without me even telling her. Definitely a gem of an employee.

It’s fast food, so it is what it is. The staff are friendly and pleasantly take your order. It’s always busy but orders don’t take too long. Good location and plenty of parking.

This chick-fil-A was a very pleasant experience. My wife and I came in for lunch before shopping. We got in line to order food and one of the associates noticed the line building and jumped on a register to help his coworker get the line down. Everyone was very friendly. The establishment was very clean and tidy. The restaurant was nearly full it was hard to find a spot to sit but everyone was happy and smiling enjoying their food.
